I've found him to be a straight-shooter, albeit a harried self-employed mug-maker with occasionally undependable help. Don't let your mouth get ahead of your brain in the midst of misunderstandings, and there's a chance to overcome them. Most of the independent artists here are one-man bands, not amazon.com, so you sometimes have to remember that it is what it is.
