Similar story with me - I just opened a PayPal dispute. I don't like to do this but I have been getting the run-around for about four months. I've given WD many opportunities to send me my mug, but no luck. I suggest you also open a dispute with PayPal. They will shut down his account if he receives multiple complaints. |
