Greetings from Australia (or as Homer would say Opposite Land!)

I recently got into Tiki through my love of cocktails. Drinkboy’s cocktail web site led me to Beachbum Berry’s and before I knew it I was listening to Les Baxter and buying Tiki merchandise on eBay.

I’ve just put down my first patch of Pimento Dram. The recipe I used called for 150ml of lime juice which could be problematic if it decides to go off and ferment. I’ll let you know how it goes.
