I whippped up a couple of this new holiday cocktail last night and thought it was great, if I do say so myself. Actually the girlfriend thought so too: Christmas Island 2 oz Crème of Coconut Blend for five seconds with crushed ice for five seconds and then pour into a cocktail glass. I garnished mine with a spent lime shell, but maybe a candy cane should have been pierced through it.
