Keep your window cracked on that car. Just a 1/4 to 1/2 inch. This will allow the moisture to get out and help the fogging. My Corvair used to get crazy condensation until I did this. Cars stored need that air flow. Cars with leaks do too. One of my best friends has a 1965 Star Cheif. The biggest car made that year. That says a lot.
