New member in coastal Florida - heard about Tiki Central in Rocket City Cocoa - my boyfriend was stationed on Guam and I have yet to conquer the Mai Tai that he remembers there from the 60's. Nice to find some recipes here - have to try each and every one! Happy New Year Everyone.
