Lots of love for Clement Creole. I haven't gone through the thread, but I've had it in many drinks, and although it's quite costly, it's a fantastic booze, and really adds to the complexity of a well made mai tai or any other drink. They use it in the Tikiphile Mai Tai at the Grass Skirt Tiki Room. |
