I often have to review patents, and while searching today, I came across a US patent for something you may all be familiar with. PATENT D267232 The Ti Toki Liqueur Decanter!
And here's a link to the patent filed by the asshole that ripped of John Skewes' Tiki Soap to turn it into a lighter. Imagine that, you can get a patent for stolen ideas. (I'm looking at you too, Edison.) http://www.google.com/patents/USD496490
