I had just finished making some pineapple gomme syrup and was anxious to try it in a cocktail. The rest of the ingredients looked interesting as well. Overall, a good cocktail, but for some reason the pineapple got a little lost and I began to taste honey syrup instead of pineapple (perhaps this explains the name). Ingredients 1 oz Jamaican rum, Smith & Cross 1 oz Lemon juice 3 / 4 oz Pineapple syrup 1 / 2 oz Cynar Instructions Shake, strain, up, coupe.
