This theater is a cool small venue in historic downtown Point Richmond, CA. This Thursday also just happens to be the same night as the weekly Farmers Market (runs from 4pm to 7pm), and happens to also coincide with Point Richmond's monthly "Art Walk". Sadly there are no tiki bars in Point Richmond (I'm working to remedy that), but you can come check out the beer and wine garden beforehand at the farmers market and enjoy some Peruvian music from my siblings newly transplanted band, "Hathaways" --> http://www.hathawaysmusic.com/ They'll be playing a mix of traditional Peruvian "charango" music and some of their own acoustic/folk songs at the farmers market from 4pm to 7pm, hopefully right next to the beer garden. If you're in the bay area and you've never been to downtown Point Richmond, you should come check out this little hidden gem of a town.
