Aloha Tiki Tribe!
So - this is a pencil study for a current painting I am working on - (see my art blog in "other crafts") - It turned into an ink and acrylic illustration. There is a very important TIKI in the painting, and I wanted to get it's design down just right before I moved on. This is going to be part of a new big "Book Broject" art by me and words by S.P. Grogan (author of "Captain Cooked) - a Tiki Noir mystery pulp novel. Yes, it is called "The Red Tiki" - ah, so what do I do? Paint the darned thing Brown and Blue! No Red! HA! - Well, that's the layers of tinting process of painting with acrylic that I'm learning - red coloring comes next. Anyways, thank you all for all the questions on purchasing. I wasn't sure of cost because it kept evolving into something nicer. Now, it's almost done. $500.00 - no cash in the 'ol pay-pal yet, so it's still available. I will post it's finished version soon - then later today I go back to the canvas (yippee!) Here's a look at the rest of the project/painting so far...

Aloha!
