Being an illustrator meself, the old-school artwork in Grog Log & Intoxica is worth the price of admission alone. If you're going purely for recipes, it's probably not worth paying the inflated prices I've seen these books go for. If you can get them for cheap tho, don't pass em up. Plus, there's the Krakatoa! |
