My guess is that Trader Sam's is so unique and fun, "greedy" is meant as in keeping such a gem from spreading beyond his own backyard.

I'm in Orange County now and hope to hit Sam's in Anaheim at least once sometime over the next few days. I'm really looking forward to it.
