Papa's Pilar Rum - Tiki Drinks and Food

It's inspired by Ernest Hemingway and has the blessing of the Hemingway family. http://www.papaspilar.com I'm a huge Hemingway nerd, so I had to pick up a bottle once I read about it. I tried the blonde this past weekend. It was definitely a unique rum. I tried it with pineapple juice. That was ok, not amazing. I plan on trying a few of the recipes on their facebook page this weekend. Their website is pretty cool. The bottle is pretty cool as well. Has anyone else tried it? thoughts?
