Oahu November - Tiki Travel

We've been twice and she really likes Waikiki for some reason. Thanks to Tiki Road Trip and other books, we hit most of the "must do" places, so we're looking for something new. She is in a wheelchair and needs rest every few hours, but still game to give it a try. She really likes BBQ beef ribs. Any suggestions? Also, Los Angeles has some great resources for Tiki art (Oceanic Arts, Tiki Marketplace at Dons...) but are there any suggestions for good priced PNG or less touristy art in Oahu? Any places to eat accompanied by live Arthur Lyman/Martin Denny type music? Driving all over the island so not restricted to Honolulu.
