While you have been recuperating I have been on a fat free diet to unclog my arteries. I found out I was high risk for a heart attack. I don't even get to eat the good fats. So it's raw fruits and vegetables. Good part is I've already lost 12 pounds! The best vacation is the road to recovery. You go guy, Wendy
