I know Kari is talking to Damon's in Glendale to see if they will provide a home for Rufus. Fez Moai has posted that he was offered Rufus by the new owner of the former Bahooka but has posted no details, other then that, like was he looking to sell Rufus or just find a new home for him? That is all I have heard to date.
