Funny that the Boston one doesn't seem to be listed here on TC. It has now been added (without a date, but guessing early 60s based on ephemera), along with Kazakhstan. Any others? Edit: Turns out the one in Boston was in the Statler Hotel, which later became the Park Plaza. I found a postcard of it postmarked 1966.
