I had a restaurant for over ten years, and my family had them their whole life.
We never would do what the new or old "business" people here did.

Who cares what he speaks? What does that have to do with anything?
Do you know Los Angeles's origins? Maybe go visit Olvera St. (and I DONT mean the marketplace shops).

And your word "MANY" is really quite arbitrary here isnt it?
