Yes, Senor Woody, that is a semi vintage OVERSIZED hangover ice bag. That thing was about 10 inches across!! I walked around one morning in Vegas holding it to my head with my best hangover face. I know how to have fun-I am such a CARD!!--oh bad pun!!!
