On March 15, VCS (Ventura County Star) Eats posted: Hong Kong Inn has reopened under new management in Downtown Ventura, bringing back the flaming cocktails, the red wall phone and the Tinas Ports of Paradise Polynesian Dance Production revues (at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays) from the old, pre iPhone days.
