Thortiki, I agree on all counts. Without straying too far off-topic, my opinion is that the suits in Anaheim seem to believe the margins are far better if they lease DD/PI space to outside chains (Bongos, House of Blues, etc.) as opposed to having company-owned properties like they did in the heyday of Pleasure Island.
