We've already heard they are removing the waterfall in the lobby so that they have more room to handle more guest traffic. Sam's is being built in advance of higher occupancy which is expected to follow the publicity from refreshing the resort and attracting more DVC guests. The Polynesian has been fairly quiet for many years, and it appears that is going to change with all the updates and improvements.
