Please post the recipe for the appetizer you served in your room. We LOVED it.

Well, thank you and sorry for the delay, we had to translate it!

OLIVE AND HAM FRENCH LOAF
preparation 20 minutes
cooking time: 1:15 hour

150g flour
4 eggs
8 cl olive oil
180g manzanilla green olives with pimento
250g black forest ham or regular ham
150g shredded cheese (we use quattro fromaggio Trader Joe's)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
15cl milk
salt, pepper

preheat oven to 375 F
Mix flour, eggs, oil and milk until well mixed, then add baking powder and cheese, salt and pepper.
Cut ham in cubes and add it to the mix along with olives.
Pour the mix in a loaf or cake pan, well buttered to prevent sticking
Cook in the oven for 1:15 hour.
Voila!
