Thanks for the info. I picked up a bottle of Smith & Cross the other day which thus far I've only tried neat and in a Mai Tai. Looking forward to revisiting the Jet Pilot as you've suggested.

PS - I will likely be in South Florida next month which means mandatory happy hour at the Mai Kai if you and Susan would like to meet up with Chelsea and I. The trip will also give me an opportunity to stock up on Kohala Bay.
