I agree, but it wasn't working. The complaints I'm getting these days are not about specific posts but in the quality of posts in general (and always about the past, for example: "for the last 6 months there's been a real increase in the number of redundant and stupid posts"). Comments like that are not targeted at specific topics, so the only way to deal with it is with a policy change. Thanks for the feedback.
