The news show Good Day Columbus just had Doug Motz on making drinks
from the book.(Channel 4 - 9/13/20014)
It may be posted on line soon but is not up yet far as I can tell.

The show was ok.

Who is Doug Motz?
He's like the home town hero nobody has heard of.
