But... the only thing I was surprised about was the lack of tiki bars there. I went to one place that I thought would be a full blown tiki bar, and they didn't even have umbrellas for the drinks. lol... (tahiti nui hanalei) I soon came to realize that if you actually live in tiki land, you don't want to see tiki I guess. After much searching am also surprised it seems the best tiki bars are in places like Chicago! So, anyway... I've always had tiki in my heart, but am new to the fine details of tiki and am interested in turning this into a full blown obsession.
