velvet paintings - Collecting Tiki

Growing up my grandfather had this painting hanging over his desk or 40 years. I'm told he purchased it late one night from a bartender at the Grand Hawaiian where it hung over the bar. He recently passed and I was lucky enough to find it in a storage locker. My question is, I'd like to have it professionally cleaned, it has year of embedded dust, and the frame is shot, so I'm looking for references of who would be the best person to talk to about this.
