The Ku inspired Queen Palm getting a finish. This one had too many defects in the tree to bother with scrupulous detail on the lower portion. Such is the nature of it. He will go for reasonable price and somebody will take him home and love him.

Getting back to works on the watusi steer bone. Here is an experiment with a masked figure. It is awaiting stain, scrimshaw and additional polishing.
