Took your advice and substituted Smith & Cross for the Jamaican Dark rum. No access to Kohala Bay. Used Havana Club for the white and substituted Flor de Cana for the gold Puerto Rican. No Fassionola so just used Fee Brothers Grenadine. Had all other ingredients (thankfully still have half bottle of LH151) . Result was excellent. Actually better than excellent.
