We just posted a Jet Pilot recipe we tested with great success using Denizen Merchant's Reserve 8 Year on our Rum Mixology blog. http://rummixology.com/jet-pilot-a-tiki-classic Would love to get your feedback on how you think it tastes.

2 oz Denizen Merchant's Reserve Rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
1/2 oz falernum
1 dash Angostura bitters
1/8 teaspoon of Pernod
4 oz crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and flash-blend for 5 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass and garnish with a cherry.
