Found this while doing a bit of research on Key West for our vacation this year. There's a place called "The Rum Barrel". Granted that it's probably a bit "Key Westie" and "Buffett" for some here, they do have a link to a PDF file called "The Rum Bible". I haven't looked it over real well, but it does look quite interesting.
