I get good inspiration from this thread, I'd like to keep it going. "Semi-homemade" Valentines Dinner. Frozen Chicken Cordon Bleu, packaged rice with fresh sauteed mushroom stuffed into artichokes halves (choke removed to make a bowl) and fresh green salad. With the time I saved with the packaged food I made a Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.
