INGREDIENTS IN THE OLD JAMAICAN COCKTAIL
2 sprigs Fresh mint
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1.5 oz  Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
.75 oz Pure cane simple syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Champagne
Garnish:
Mint sprig
Glass:
Highball

HOW TO MAKE THE OLD JAMAICAN COCKTAIL
In a shaker, gently muddle the mint and lime juice. Add the remaining ingredients except the Champagne and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with a mint sprig.
