Hot buttered rum, sharing with a friend sitting around my backyard fire pit.

We drank two versions - original with Mt. Gay Eclipse rum, then Cruzan silver with a splash of lime. Pretty good with both rums, although the gold rum is more traditional. The batter takes a bit of work to make in your kitchen, but the end result is worth the effort. And the batter keeps a LONG time in the fridge. If you find yourself using it too slowly, freeze it.
