It was built by Sam Towler who you may know as the creator of the miniature version of Disneyland's extinct ride, Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland. For this mug shelf, Sam programmed an Arduino Uno microcontroller board and utilizes an mp3 trigger from Sparkfun.
