This item dovetails into some of the very recent comments and discussions we've had here. Multiple Disney fan sites are reporting "breaking news" about a new Jungle Cruise restaurant which is may be called "Skipper's Cantina" within the Magic Kingdom. The story appears here on the unofficial WDW News web site:

Note the title in the URL - "Skipper's Oasis" versus "Skipper's Cantina."

I looked on several official Disney press and blog web sites and didn't find this mentioned in of them, so to me this is still a bit unclear as to how "official" it really is. It could just be a very very new report.

I also looked to make sure it's not April Fool's Day yet either, but that's coming up, so beware...
