Villafranca lemon juice 1/4 oz. orgeat 1/4 oz. sugar syrup 1-1/2 cups crushed ice Place ice in cocktail shaker. Add the ingredients along with the lemon rind, putting aside the orange rind. Shake until cold. Pour into glass without straining. Garnish by placing the orange rind in the glass along with a mint sprig.
