Do you have a better guess what the liqueur mentioned in the recipe might have been then? None of the Trader Vic's sour drinks ever included liqueurs. I have heard from old bartenders at the Polynesian that at one time the central foods processing facility made the scorpion mix for the Lapu Lapus and delivered it each day in 5 gallon buckets, so anything is possible. |
