Since WDW is not a heavy repeat resort, compared to DLR and their local presence, I have a feeling nothing is going to change unless it is so overwhelmingly broken it needs to be pulled. People come in once, get a drink and never return because the place sucks look exactly like people who come in once, get a drink and never come back because they want to try a few different bars on their trip.
