He's referring to the actual bar counter I believe, in which case yes it's much smaller. There are six seats at the bar plus two handicap lowered bar seats. In California there are 15 seats at the bar plus two lowered handicap seats. The inside of Grog Grotto is slightly larger, maybe about 1.5x the size of Enchanted Tiki Bar partly because of the lack of bathrooms inside and also the overall layout. It's not as bright as you'd think, Gold Zephyr. Pictures can be a little misleading.

What was your opinion of the lighting when you were there, Epcotexplorer?

Lighting has seemed fine. Nice and dim. :)
