I asked him to buy me a couple mugs and he was happy to do so. However, they were out of the grog grotto mugs (yeah, yeah, soft opening....I got it). He did get me another mug I didn't already have though from TS, so happy about that. It sounds like the help is consistent there. The first words out of my co-worker's mouth was literally: "our waiter was a smart@$$, I asked if they had the Nautilus mug and how much they were and he said we should buy six of them for $312, then walked away." On the flipside, they loved the uke player from Maui who was out on the patio during their 2 and half hour wait to get inside. That and the rum flight helped pass the time.
