I'm in the middle of writing my Master's Thesis, so once I graduate in a few weeks, I'm fairly certain I'll be able to focus on Sam's and analyze the place a bit better. But I will say this- I'm proud and happy that WDW has their own Sam's now and I'm ALSO very happy that it's being run the way it is. There are a few kinks to work out, like you mentioned, but the place ain't a month old yet. For something so delicate, they're having a great start.
