I started carving it and just was not comfortable with it, I started it and stopped when i noticed all the sanding that It would need, I let it sit for 3 months, Ran into a master wood carver more horses bears indians style and i befriended him and went over to his shop and he inspired me to get back to it , so now i have a new taste for the Grain, sanding has become addictive, my promblem is that i did to many tight corners. Next carve It will be smooth to avoid hard spots to sand ! looking forward to move on to the Wood.
