YUM!!! Sheppard's Pie! In my continued search for a tropical cake I made a tropical version of the traditional Christmas fruitcake. Started with a banana cake mix (I like "semi-homemade") and dumped in a BUNCH of dried pineapple, dried bananas, dried kiwi, dried papaya, dried mango, coconut, macadamias, and cashews. Much better than the traditional :lol: |
