He's mounted on chiseled, charred Orange wood and at 20 inches will make a nice addition to a Tiki Bar, Outdoor Spa desk etc. This is the first time I have chosen to completely burn the surface for appearance but it won't be the last. It gives a nice character. I boils down to bringing out the best of what you have. Somethings become better than expected when treated with TLC and a little advice from your Carver Spirit.
