Been making Mr. Bali Hai's like there's no tomorrow lately. Unsweetened pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, homemade coffee syrup, Kahlua, silver rum, and Meyers dark. There's just something about that sweet pineapple and strong coffee flavor together. Perfect cool down cocktail on a warm and muggy evening at the backyard tiki bar!
