About 2/3 falafel mix (imported from Lebanon) and 1/3 pancake/waffle mix cooked in a Belgian waffle iron, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, shawarma chicken, and Greek yogurt. The waffle was a bit dry, could have used a sauce to moisten it a little - like regular yogurt (instead of thick Greek yogurt) mixed with some avocado.
