The Burnt Hawaiian sounded complex and delicious but I don't see it on their menu. Can you order it off-menu? Right now the plan is: Ray's Mistake - it's only $5 on Wed! Sumatra Kula (I can't make green drinks at home!) ???? Possibly Rum Barrel, Caribbean Limbo, Firefly? Ordering drinks at a bar never used to be this hard!
